NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 11 day of March, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-53106, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein US BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF BANC OF AMERICA FUNDING CORPORATION MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-1 is the Plaintiff and HEIDI AIKEN; ANDREW N. AIKEN, III A/K/A ANDREW N. AIKEN; and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 10 day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 22, 23, AND 24, BLOCK 4897, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, UNIT 74, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGES 111 THROUGH 131, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
