NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated March 5, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2011-CA-002635-ES (J4) of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc., Plaintiff and Yenchun Chiu and Michelle H. Nguyen, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on April 18, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 32, CYPRESS COVE SUBDIVISION PHASE 3, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGES 72 THROUGH 74, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
