NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment filed March 8, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 36-2012-CA-056171, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff, and WILLIAM C. OTTO; ELIZABETH A. OTTO; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., ACTING SOLELY AS NOMINEE FOR NATIONPOINT A DIVISION OF NAT. CITY BANK OF IN; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendants.
LINDA DOGGETT, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 6day of June, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 38, UNIT 7, SECTION 13, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, PAGES 11 AND 12, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

This property is located at the street address of: 1228 BAYOU STREET EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, FL 33974.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
