NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 13, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2011-CA-003215 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein miguel a. velazquez, if living and if dead, the unknown spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees and all other parties claiming an interest by, through, under or against miguel a. velazquez, patricia velazquez, if living and if dead, the unknown spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees and all other parties claiming an interest by, through, under or against PATRICIA VELAZQUEZ; JOHN DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION, AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION, are defendants, the Clerk shall sell the property at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on April 30, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
