Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure or Order filed March 14, 2013 entered in Civil Case Number 36-2011-CA-051646, in the Circuit Court for Lee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE ASSETS TRUST 2006-2, MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-2, is the Plaintiff, and DEBORAH A. WEBER, PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF NICOLE M. WEBER (DECEASED), INGMAR E. SPRUDE, DEBORAH A. WEBER, PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF NICOLE M. WEBER (DECEASED), et al., are the Defendants, I will sell the property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as:
Unit 21-101, of VILLAGIO, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 4253, Page 4271, as amended in Official Records Book 4253, Page 4397, and as further amended from time to time, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 09:00 AM, on the 12 day of June, 2013. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
