NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed March 15, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 36-2012-CA-055815 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK,AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-66, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-66, Plaintiff, and VALERIE JAMES AND ARROW FINANCIAL SERVICES, L.L.C.;, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 15 day of April, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT(S) 24 & 25, BLOCK 2431, UNIT 34, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGE(S) 74-86, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
