NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 15 day of March, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-54882, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FANNIE MAE (“FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION”) is the Plaintiff and LINDA H. NEWTON, UNKNOWN TENANT(S) N/K/A JANE DOE and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LINDA H. NEWTON IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 29 day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 75 AND 76, BLOCK 34, SAN CARLOS PARK, UNIT 8-A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 58, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
