Final Judgment was awarded on February 11, 2013 in Civil Case No.:2010-CA-005408 SECT, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, FLAGSTAR BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff, and, PETER LORENZ; SHELIA K FURROW A/K/A SHELIA FURROW; TAMPA UNITED METHODIST CENTERS, INC. HOUSING MANAGEMENT SERVICES; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
