Final Judgment was awarded on February 11, 2013 in Civil Case No.: 2010-CA-011338, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE CSMC MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-1 is the Plaintiff, and, JAMES BURT; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on April 01, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
