NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 28, 2013 and entered in Case No. 11-CA-003940 in the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC was the Plaintiff and CARLOS VALDESPINO, ET AL., the Defendant(s). The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on the 18th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO A, BUILDING 12703, BUILDING TYPE C, OF RAINTREE OAKS, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 17772, PAGE 952, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, AND RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 23, PAGE 180, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO. PARCEL IDENTIFICATION NUMBER: 37096-5816 TOGETHER WITH ALL THE TENEMENTS, HEREDITAMENTS AND APPURTENANCES THERETO BELONGING OR IN ANYWISE APPERTAINING.
