NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment dated the March 12, 2013, entered in the above captioned action, CASE NO. 10-CA-021077, I will sell to the highest and best bidder at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 o'clock A.M. on the 30th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to-wit:
Lot 3 and the North 1/2 of Lot 2, in Block 4, of MISSOURI PARK SUBDIVISION, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 21, Page 8, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
