NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated March 01, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-015679 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIBANK, NA, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II INC. BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-4, is Plaintiff, and CHRISTINE DAVENPORT A/K/A CHRISTINE T. DAVENPORT, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00AM at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 19 day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
