NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated March 08, 2013 and entered in Case No. 29-2012-CA-007782 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is the Plaintiff and SUSAN DINDIAL; PAUL DINDIAL A/K/A OMPRATAB DINDIAL; KOJO DADZIE; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; BELLA ACE HOLDINGS, LLC; THE HAMMOCKS TOWNHOMES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; SUNTRUST BANK; TENANT #1 N/K/A MELISSA DINDIAL, and TENANT #2 N/K/A DAVIN BULET are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 04/26/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
