NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Amended Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated February 7, 2013 and entered in Case No. 08-CA-029418 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and MILDRED C. HYDEN A/K/A MILDRED HYDEN; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MILDRED C. HYDEN A/K/A MILDRED HYDEN; BERNARD V. HYDEN III A/K/A BARNEY V. HYDEN; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; COUNTRYWAY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INCORPORATED; FOX CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 04/29/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
