NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on January 29, 2013, in Case No. 11-CA-014794 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit for Hillsborough County, Florida, in which Fifth Third Mortgage Company is Plaintiff, and Laura C. York, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online at the following website: http://www.hillsborough.realforeclosure.com, at 10:00 am or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 17th day of June, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 21, Block 45, DAVIS ISLANDS, THE SOUTH WEST SHORE SECTION, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 17, Page(s) 8, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
