NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 6, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-000111, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, A DELAWARE LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, is Plaintiff and DIONICIO NUNEZ; RAMON ESTEVEZ; FREDDY GUZMAN; CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), NATIONAL ASSOCIATION FKA CAPITAL ONE BANK, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 23rd day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 466.50 OF LOT 5, BLOCK 6, OF FARMLAND, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 83, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
