NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 29-2008-CA-022558 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR 2006QA2 RALI, is Plaintiff, and, THOMAS, JASON, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 20TH day of JUNE, 2013, the following described property:
LOT 13, BLOCK 3, BLOOMINGDALE, SECTION O, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 58, PAGE 46 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
