NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 1, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29 2009 CA 020246 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein PNC Bank, National Association, Successor by Merger to National City Mortgage, is the Plaintiff and Jane K. Crowell, Jane K. Crowell, AKA J.K. Crowell; Bloomingdale EE Homeowners Association, Inc.; Regions Bank F/K/A Amsouth Bank; John Doe, N/K/A Chris Crowell; and Unknown Tenant(s), are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on April 17, 2013, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 23 BLOCK 1, OF BLOOMINGDALE SECTION “EE”, PHASE 2 ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 86, PAGE 21 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
