NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on February 19, 2013 in Civil Case No. 09-CA-016655 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and MARITZA RIQUELMY, et al., are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 9th day of April, 2013 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 10 BLOCK A OF BLACKSTONE AT BAY PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 105, PAGE 124, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
