MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST 2007-CH3 (JPMMAC 2007-CH3), is the Plaintiff and DOROTHY M. ASHE; KENNETH MONROE; DOROTHY ANN MONROE A/K/A DOROTHY M. MONROE A/K/A DOROTHY A. SAMPSON MONROE; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 05/01/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
