NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 14, 2013 and entered in Case NO. 2007-4634-CA of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE NOTEHOLDERS CWABS INC ASSET-BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2006-SD4006-SD4, is the Plaintiff and LOUIS FERNANDEZ; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LOUIS FERNANDEZ N/K/A DOREEN FERNANDEZ; ACCREDITED HOME LENDERS, INC. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO AAMES FUNDING CORPORATION D/B/A AAMES HOME LOAN; HILLSBOROUGH BUILDERS SUPPLY, INC.; GENERAL MOTORS ACCEPTANCE CORPORATION; FERMAN MOTOR CAR COMPANY; FRANCES ARBOR VILLAS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 05/01/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
