Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 6, 2013 entered in Case No. 10-CA-006438 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Emigrant Mortgage Company, Inc. is Plaintiff, and Twanda Roberts and Charles Roberts, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 24th day of July 2013 at 10:00 am. by electronic sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
