NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 19th day of February, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-028832, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and ANDRE WALKER A/K/A ANDREE WALKER A/K/A ANDREEWALKER; CLERK OF COURT HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. F/K/A WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, A FEDERAL ASSOCIATION; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; TAMPA BAY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; TOWNHOMES AT WEXFORD OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; TOMIKA S AUSTIN and UNKNOWN TENANT(S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
