Notice is hereby given pursuant to the final judgment/order entered in the above noted case, that I will sell the following property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, described as:
Unit 31, Block No. 1 of Bay Hills Village, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 4525, Page(s) 342, et seq., together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration as from time to time may be made, and described in Condominium Book 8, Pages 4-1 and 4-2 (which replaced Condominium Plat Book 7, Pages 63-1 and 63-2) together with such additions and amendments to said plat as from time to time may be made, all of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, and an undivided share or interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto. Together with the 1985 Double-Wide Merit mobile home VIN # FLHMBCO44-20129A and FLHMBCO44-20129B located thereon
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, via the internet at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on April 30, 2013. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of the Circuit Court. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the date of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
