NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 21, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 09-CA-009819 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the day of 11th day of April, 2013, using the following method: 10:00 a.m.via the website : http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, or relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 34, Block 5, Bay Port Colony Phase III Unit II-A, According to the Plat Thereof on File in the Office of the Clerk of Circuit In and For Hillsborough County, Florida, Recorded in Plat Book 56, Page 6, Said Lands Situate Lying and Being in Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
