CHL Mortgage Pass-through Trust 2005-2 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-2, is the Plaintiff and Yolanda Torres, Hernando Veru, SR., Cory Lakes Isles Property Owners Association, Inc., GTE Federal Credit Union, are defendants.
