NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 22, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 29-2012-CA-014050 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 12th day of April, 2013, using the following method: 10:00 a.m.via the website : http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
ALL THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT 15320 F/K/A UNIT 2804, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF QUAIL RUN CONDOMINIUM, PHASE V, AND EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO, ALL IS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3878, PAGE 1753 ET SEQ. AS AMENDED BY OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4163, PAGE 472, AND OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4242, PAGE 781, AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 11, ET SEQ., AS AMENDED BY CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 45, TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE, ALL AS RECORDED IN PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
