NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 11, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CC-023994 , of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein THE EAGLES MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC., is Plaintiff, and LOUIS WALTON IV, STACI WALTON are Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on May 3, 2013, in an online sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 12, Block J, CANTERBURY VILLAGE - THIRD ADDITION, according to map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 83, Page 35 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
