NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated March 05, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-018603 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC, is Plaintiff, and SARAH E. HUGHLETT A/K/A SARAH E. JONES, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00AM at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 23 day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit No. J-262 of RUSSELLWOOD, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records book, 3807, page 1312 through 1369 inclusive, and according to Condominium Plat Recorded in Condominium Plat Book 3, Page 43 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida: together with an undivided interest in the common elements and stated in Declaration of Condominium to be appurtenance to the above Condominium Unit.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
