NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated March 05, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-012033 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST BY PURCHASE FROM THE FEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE CORPORATION, AS RECEIVER OF WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK F/K/A WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FA, is Plaintiff, and RONALD M. DUBOSE, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00AM at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 23 day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 26, Block 2, EVERINA HOMES, FIRST ADDITION, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 36, Page 36, of the public records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
SUBJECT TO covenants, restrictions, easements of record and taxes for the current year.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
