NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated March 05, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-014234 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein JP MORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff, and ALEXANDER CIFRE, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00AM at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 23 day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
