NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated March 05, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-009836 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE HOME FINANCE, LLC, is Plaintiff, and STEVEN KINGERY, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00AM at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 23 day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lots 1 and 2, and the North 20 feet of Lot 19, Block B-10, Temple Terrace Estates, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 66, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
SUBJECT TO covenants, restrictions, easements of record and taxes for the current year.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
