SHEARER, DECEASED; TERRI LYNN SHEARER, AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF PATRICIA SHEARER A/K/A PATRICIA ANN SHEARER A/K/A PATRICIA A. SHEARER, DECEASED; VICTORIA S. UNIT NO. 511, THE HIGHLANDS AT HUNTER'S GREEN, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 12788 AT PAGE 117, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AND UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
