MAZUTIER; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CARLOS E. MAZUTIER; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR BANK OF AMERICA; TENANT #1 N/K/A MELISSA GARCIA; TENANT #2 N/K/A JEFFREY OLIVO are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 04/29/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
