NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 18, 2013 and entered in Case No. 13-CA-000508 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein FIRST COMMONWEALTH MORTGAGE TRUST is the Plaintiff and TH LAND, LLC is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on May 8, 2013, described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
