Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on March 4, 2013, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, Pat Frank, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
THE NORTH 105 FEET OF THE EAST 70 FEET OF LOT 1, BLOCK 1, OF THE REVISED PLAT OF BLOCK 1 OF CARROLL CITY CENTER AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGE 69, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 2128 W PERIO ST, TAMPA, FL 33612; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, Sales will be held at the Hillsborough County auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on April 22, 2013 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
