NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated February 18, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 29-2010-CA-007184, DIVISION: N of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein FIFTH THIRD MORTGAGE COMPANY, is Plaintiff and GILBERT BEITAL; RICHMOND PLACE PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE; WACHOVIA BANK, NA; CAROL S. BEITAL; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, are Defendant(s).
PAT FRANK, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 AM, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on the 8 day of April, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
