NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 12, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2011-CA-006144 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Earl Carson, Elma Rivers, Hillsborough County, Palmera Pointe Condominium Association, Inc., are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 30th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
