NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on December 4, 2012 in Civil Case No. 9-2010-CA-008689 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein SELECT PORTFOLIO SERVICING, INC. is the Plaintiff and GISELA ROJAS, et al., are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 16th day of April, 2013 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 79, BLOCK 24, GRAND HAMPTON PHASE 2A-3, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 103, PAGES 230-237, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
