NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 4, 2013, and entered in the above-styled cause now pending in said court, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the sale shall be held online by the Clerk of Court at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclosure.com, at 10 A.M. on April 18, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK 29, OF HERITAGE ISLES PHASE 2A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 107, PAGE 234, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
