PAUL; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A.; THE FOUNTAINS AT COUNTRYSIDE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 04/30/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:

G-305, THE FOUNTAINS AT COUNTRYSIDE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN THE OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14128, AT PAGE 301, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS TO THE DECLARATION AND ANY UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OR APPURTENANCES THERETO.
