NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated February 27, 2013 and entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-007186 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS,DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH,UNDER, OR AGAINST RUBYE D. WOFFORD A/K/A RUBYE DOBBINS WOFFORD, DECEASED; JOHN R. WOFFORD A/K/A JOHN RANDALL WOFFORD, AS HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF RUBYE D. WOFFORD A/K/A RUBYE DOBBINS WOFFORD, DECEASED; MICHAEL LEROY WOFFORD A/K/A MICHAEL L. WOFFORD, AS HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF RUBYE D. WOFFORD A/K/A RUBYE DOBBINS WOFFORD, DECEASED; JOHN R. THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF APARTMENT NO. 500 AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH, AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS, AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF PARK PLAZA APARTMENTS II, A CONDOMINIUM, AND EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO, ALL AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3915, PAGES 820 THROUGH 877, INCLUSIVE AND THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 34 THROUGH 37, INCLUSIVE, AND ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS TO THE AFORESAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM PLAT THEREOF, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
