NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 27th, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-1131-CI-15 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR GSAA HOME EQUITY TRUST 2006-18, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-18, is Plaintiff and Lorraine Wasserman a/k/a Lorraine M. Wasserman, is Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 16th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
