RE-NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an order on plaintiff's motion to cancel foreclosure sale dated November 20th, 2012, and to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 15th, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-002955-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee, under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement Dated April 1, 2006, Fremont Home Loan Trust 2006-2 Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-2, is Plaintiff and Robert Stephens, Marianna Stephens, and Litton Loan Servicing, LP, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 18th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 18, Block 10, OAK RIDGE No.2, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 99, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 5171 3rd Avenue N., St. Petersburg, FL
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
