NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 26, 2013, entered in Case No. 2008-CA-013515 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Trustee for Carrington Mortgage Loan Trust, Series 2006-NCD1 Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Spouse, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees and all others who may claim an interest in the Estate of Ryan M. Jordan, Deceased; Forest Lakes Homeowners Association, Inc.; New Century Mortgage Corporation; Alexandra Farnsworth Jordan; Rebecca Farnsworth Jordan; Sara Hope Jordan; Shaun Jordan; John Doe and Jane Doe as Unknown Tenants in Possession are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the day of April 12, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 71, HAMLETS OF FOREST LAKES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 86, PAGE 80, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
