NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on February 26, 2013 in the above-captioned action, the following property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
LOT 10, BLOCK 1, MONTE CRISTO ISLE UNIT -1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE 51, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Shall be sold by the Clerk of Court on the 12th day of April, 2013 on-line at 10:00a.m. (Eastern Time) at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com to the highest bidder, for cash, after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale. The court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
