NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause on March 1, 2013 by the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the property described as:
Lot 55, NATURES PRESERVE, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 117, Page 73, of the Public Records of PINELLAS County, Florida.
will be sold at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at 10:00 A.M. at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on April 5, 2013.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
