Unit No. 2103, Building no. 21, Phase XIII, Gleneagles I, a Condominium, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto, as shown on Plat recorded in Condominium Plat Book 55, Page 57 through 78 inclusive, all in accordance with and subject to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 5272, Pages 499 through 587, inclusive, amended in O.R. Book 5498, page 359; O.R. Book 5636, Page 195; O.R. Book 5668, Page 1670; O.R. Book 5679, Page 766; O.R. Book 6547, Page 1757 and in O.R. Book 6688, Page 2012, and all amendments thereto, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
will be sold at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at 10:00 A.M. at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on April 5, 2013.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
