NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause on March 1, 2013 by the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the property described as:
Lot 4, Block A, FOX LAKE TOWNHOMES - PHASE C, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 109, Pages 31 and 32 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
will be sold at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at 10:00 A.M. at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on April 5, 2013.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
