Condominium 28-Unit 2827, of TUSCANY AT INNISBROOK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in OR Book 13844, Pages 1800-1904, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereof.
